Unlike the GPS tracking units offered at the local
technology store, SageTracker is the same
professional-grade device used by hundreds of private
investigators and law enforcement services around the
world. Our expert staff is also standing by
to make sure you get the most out of the system.
This device is shipped from the factory ready for
immediate use. Simply install the included batteries
into the device and start tracking. Because it uses 4AA
batteries as its power source, the device can be moved
from vehicle to vehicle with ease. We work with a
lot of private investigators and police forces, and this
is the unit they choose for their covert tracking
applications.
SageTracker is available in three
subscription options:
Premium: Premium service offers the complete
Google Map Suite as well as 2 user programmable
configurations.
High Performance Mode is a configuration
that makes the unit more sensitive, allowing the
unit to accurately report with much weaker GPS
signals than before.
Battery Conservation Mode allows for
exceptionally long battery life with minimal
impact on reporting interval and antenna
sensitivity.
Basic: The device is set to a 5
minute reporting interval and long battery life. The Basic
subscription includes standard maps only.
YourSim: The YourSim plan provides the same
capability as the Premium Subscription and uses the
GSM service provider of your choice. (learn

Subscription Service
Option Details: The subscription you choose below will be
automatically billed to your credit card. We do
not have any sort of contract obligation, so you are
free to cancel at no additional charge.
External Antenna:
This unit comes with an
integrated internal antenna so the external antenna
is normally not required. If you plan to place
the unit in a hidden location with reduced GPS
satellite signal, you can route the external antenna
to a different location with better satellite
reception:

Bracket: Great
for holding the unit in place. Simply clip
SageTracker into the bracket and then attach the
magnetic base to any piece of metal. Two versions of
the magnetic bracket are available:
Standard: Good for most

The YourSim Plan allows you to use any GSM Cellular service
provider in the world to send the vehicle tracking telemetry from an
ST Advisor, ST Battery, or ST Personal to our tracking server.
If you live outside North America, this can be a very economical way
to use our tracking solution in your area.
To use your tracking device, you will need to go to your local
GSM service provider and purchase a GSM sim card that includes a
GPRS data plan subscription. Most customers will find that a 1
MB per month plan is more than adequate, although it is possible
that the device could send more than 1 MB of data monthly if the
device is being used under extreme conditions.
In addition to the subscription you pay your local GSM service
provider for the wireless service, you will also need to maintain a
YourSim subscription with us for the tracking service.
Steps for Using the YourSim Plan:
Purchase a tracking device with the YourSim tracking
subscription from our store.
After you complete your purchase, you will be directed to a
page where you will need to enter in the following information
about your GSM wireless service provider:
The Service Providers Name
Their website address
The APN for their GPRS service, along with the username
and password if used by the system.
When you receive your tracking device, insert the activated
GSM sim card from your service provider into the unit using the
included instructions. The unit should start reporting
into our servers.
We will verify the information that you provide us on your GSM
service provider, and program your unit specifically to operate on
that network.
