Please contact customer support if you have any
questions regarding these commands.
There are many factors that may interfere with an over the air command sent to your tracking device, and we are therefore unable to offer any guarantee regarding this process. We record each command sent to the unit, and sending any over the air command to a SageTracker Battery device other than those listed below is a violation of your service agreement and may result in the deactivation of the device and termination of your service agreement.
Please note that this procedure is for SageTracker Battery units shipped after March 31, 2007 only. If

Important! The Reporting Interval listed is
valid for a device with good visibility to the GPS
satellites in Power Conservation Mode. Obstructions between the device and
sky may make the reporting interval longer than listed
in the table.
Step 6: After you have pasted the command into the messaging window, press “Send” to send the command message. The text in the very bottom left hand corner of the messaging window browser should change from “Ready” to “Sending” and then to “Sent”. At this point you can close the messaging window.
Step 7: Go to the home page of your tracking website and select “Today’s Track” and the click “Show Me”. The outgoing message string should be shown under the column labeled “Messages”. The outgoing message will not be received by the device unit until its next reporting cycle, which will occur at the next time the device detects motion (if the unit is already in motion, a new reporting cycle will occur at the device’s programmed Report Interval).
